Kayda is available in sizes S to XL. Our pieces have a sculpting, true-to-size fit — if you’re between sizes, size down for a firmer hold or up for extra comfort. Each product page has a size guide with detailed measurements.

We ship with PostNL, fully tracked.

Netherlands — 1–2 business days
Belgium — 2–3 business days
Germany & rest of EU — 3–5 business days

Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with the original tags attached. Email support@kayda.nl with your order number and we’ll send you a return label.

Return shipping is €4,95 and is deducted from your refund. If an item arrived faulty, we cover the return in full. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days — usually much sooner. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as it’s processed.

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and Klarna — including pay in 3 instalments. All payments are processed securely.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, do not tumble dry, do not bleach, and avoid fabric softener — it breaks down the sculpting fibres. Hang to dry and your pieces will keep their shape and support for longer.

The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order for the size or colour you want. That way you get the right fit straight away, rather than waiting for an exchange to be processed.
