Shipping policy

All Kayda orders are shipped with PostNL and are fully tracked. You receive a Track & Trace link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Rates and delivery times

• Netherlands — €4,95 · delivered in 1–2 business days. Free on orders over €75.
• Belgium — €6,95 · 2–3 business days.
• Germany and the rest of the EU — €9,95 · 3–5 business days.

All prices include VAT. The exact shipping rate for your address is shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or during the weekend or on public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the parcel was not collected in time, we will contact you. Re-shipping may incur an additional shipping charge.
