All orders are shipped with PostNL and fully tracked. You’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Rates & delivery times

Netherlands — €4,95 · delivered in 1–2 business days
Free shipping on orders over €75

Belgium — €6,95 · 2–3 business days
Germany & rest of EU — €9,95 · 3–5 business days

All prices include VAT. Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed later, or during the weekend, go out on the next business day.

Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return your order — well beyond the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.

Conditions

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items whose sealed hygiene packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

Return costs

Return shipping is €4,95 and is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return costs in full — just let us know.
